• To know about the alternative modes of Treatment, its advantages and disadvantages.
• To know about the condition of the Patients, whether she/he is Dangerously III or Otherwise.
• To refuse treatment in part or in full.
• To know why and for what purpose, the investigations are done.
• To know the details of the investigation reports.
• To get a copy of the X-ray, Scan Films or Biopsy reports.
• To know the approximate days of stay in the Hospital.
• To know the approximate cost of Treatment.
• To details about the Heads under which the billing is made demand receipts for any payment made to the Hospital.
• To get a detailed discharge summary after discharge.

Responsibilities of Patients

• To behave well in the premises and not to cause disturbance to the other Patients or Hospital staff in anyway
• Avoid using Intoxicating drugs / alcohol inside the Hospital.
• Strictly avoid under the influence of this Drug/Alcohol.
• To follow the Hospital rules and regulation strictly.
• To use water and electricity economically.
• Not to barge into the restricted area of the Hospital.
• To keep their belongings and money safer.
